"Poor service that is scheduled in the app does not match what the boy says, he is cleaning and doing the general service when there is a line of people waiting to be attended. He was very rude and it seems to me that he has no desire to work. it takes a long time to answer and accept the order."

"Went in this morning for some passion tea lemonade and for some reason were out of it. I then (after trying to order two other drinks that they were supposedly out of) I finally ask what they do have and then ordered that. The drink was fine but the place was a bit dirty and trash was overflowing. As I was leaving, the people ordering couldn't get lids for their hot coffee. I mean come on, how does the store not have lids for the main items the franchise sells. That was ridiculous to me. Would come here with caution and more than a couple of options."
"Not coming to this Starbucks again. The 2 girls had an attitude while taking my order. There were only 2 people in line including myself and still took them almost 20 minutes to end up giving me the wrong drink! I have never had a bad experience in any Starbucks until now."
