"There's a lady that works there that acts like she has a hearing problem. She's always saying huh I can't hear you. I ordered The Pink Drink and I took 2 sips and it was gone. They filled my cup up with ice all the way to the top and it wasn't good. Had no flavor."

"I previously had a really bad experience here so I was reluctant to try it again. But I needed coffee and it had been a year or so since my bad experience so I decided to try them again. To my delight they couldnt have been nicer. One barista was so nice to me and thought my funny mask was hilarious. She said OMG and how cute it was. She said I made her day, which cheered me up so much and in turn made MY day! :D Unfortunately I'm bad with names so I forgot her name but maybe it was Rosa? Hopefully I will see her again because I will definitely be coming back. Starbucks/Target if you can figure out which barista I'm talking about, please give her a promotion. :D Customer service is so lacking these days and Californians as a general rule are not often friendly, so ita always wonderful to run into a nice helpful person!"

"I came here 5:45 PM. I try to order only one regular coffee. Only one lady is working. I ask how long should wait? She is making a couple of ice tea. Coffee with out any gloves. And she is never washing hand. She say she is working by herself. She say just wait. Hey. Starbucks branch manager. I ask u. Customers time is also important. She have to say. Sorry She try to argue with customers. She is also use only hand without any safety gear. I never drink anything in this starbucks. Only one lady: she is never washing hand. People. Be careful in this places."

"Bad experience. I had a pretty standard drink, iced with no modifications, and they took 10 to 15 minutes to make it and made multiple other customers drinks ahead of me. Has seating, a counter to sit at and some tables shared with Pizza Hut, but people put their stuff on the next seat and encroach on other tables & counter space so there is really very little seating."
