"took 18 mins wait in drive thru from start to finish. Not sure if this is the norm now at coffee bean but seems too long for 2 items. Theres 2 starbucks a block on either direction. save yourself dissapointment and go there ."
"This location isn't great at all. They don't know how to make coffee and teas, it is so water down with zero flavors, not to mention the temperature is very off. Staff not as friendly and the line is extremely long, yet not worth the wait. No consistency here sadly, other coffee beans are way better. I am a fan of coffee beans drinks usually, just not here unfortunately. :("
"Clean and convenient location. I would give 5 stars but I am so shocked that when we asked for water, it cost 25 cents!! That is absolutely insane to me. Starbucks gives you free water all the time. If you are purchasing something here, water should definitely be free!! I ordered a coffee cake and breakfast sandwich for my friend. The coffee cake was really good."
"The service is not consistent at all. I prefer coffee bean over Starbucks for the coffee. Starbucks service is far superior. The drive through is usually not super busy and goes pretty quick. They try to over charge if you make modifications so check your receipt. The pumpkin chai and Hibiscus berry is delicious and totally recommend. The matcha with oat milk is so good hot or cold."
"Stop at this location to get a little boost. Ordered my drinks ahead of time and was able to get in and out in a hurry. Service was awesome and drive thru was speedy. Always a pleasure to find a good location. Thank you, Coffee Bean Tea and Leaf."
