"Great customer service every time I visit the store! I actually went to the store across the street before coming to Staters for fresh fruit and the lady was mad that I asked her to change her gloves before touching my fruit that was already cut up, She was cleaning strawberries with her gloves and removing stems. Yes exactly I ran to my car fast. Then I drove to staters and there was Kyle with a smile in produce! Thanks Kyle for speaking to me first and asking me if I needed anything! This store ROCK’s Again with five stars. And can’t remember the other ladies name In produce however she’s always ready to make a fresher salad to go for me! "Update, 11/29/2023 I had to visit the US Bank at this location today. On my way back to my car, two homeless guys began yelling and cursing at each other across the parking lot. Management allows these scumbags to congregate along the front wall of the store and in the parking lot. The two men began physically fighting. One of them pulled out a metal bar and hit the other man. I had to call 911 to get these two scum bags taken care of. This further demonstrates the horrible area where this store is and what is tolerated. Stay away! I have been coming to this store for almost 7 years. The last 3 years I’ve the store has gone down the drain. The meat selection is horrible. The beef quality is junk. It is labeled USDA choice, but would barely be select. The pricing is also outrageous for the low quality of the meat. For about 6 weeks the meat department stunk like rotten meat as well. The produce is in sad shape most of the time. The organic section is also very small. The lines at checkout are always extremely long unless you get to the store when they open. The homeless tweakers in the parking lot harass customers and make the place not welcoming especially of you have small children. I sadly will not be returning like most residents on this end of town. I will be taking my business to the Clinton Keith location. I strongly urge the rest of you to do the same."

"Staff is great. It’s always clean. Avoid going too late. I’ve made that mistake and they were working hard restocking, but a lot of stuff hadn’t been replaced yet. Would have been perfect if I had the time to go the next day after 9am, but it’s life. Only reason for no 5 star review empty shelves. It happens. They were nice and doing their best with pallets all over the place."

"Great store and always well stocked. I absolutely love the sushi when I don't have time to go sit at an actual sushi bar this is my go too. The associates as well as the managers are very friendly and are always willing to help. I have been coming to this store since the grand opening."
