"If I could leave 0 stars I would. They say 3 to 7 day's from date of purchase for delivery. I ordered mine on 2/15/24. It is 3/8/24 I have called 3 time's and been told it's pending. I called today and was told it was reshipped on 3/6/24 and I would receive a email when it's shipped.hmmm makes no sense to me so I asked to speak with a supervisor. The guy I was talking with said he was a supervisor. I said dude I don't think so. If you're a supervisor and you think this is acceptable you deserve bad reviews and hung up on him!"

"They charged me $39.95 for a membership I didn’t request. They claim they could only refund $19.95 for canceling my membership. It would take 3-5 business days, 27 days later & still no refund. BUT they claim they made the refund to me on 9-11-23. The bank never received that & neither did I. Scammers! I don’t know how they sleep at night."

"I too was charged $19.90. I wanted to purchase 3. I hit no rush because I was going to use them as Christmas presents. I complained immediately. My request to have my shipping changed and to get 2 more fell upon deaf ears. I went through with getting the product. I charged it and saw what did. I was ready to give it to my mgrandcat and within 5 flaps it was dead. It won't hold a charge. DO NOT PURCHASE! It's a waste of money!"

"Update: My husband called them this morning to dispute the charge, and they were extremely difficult about it. They claimed the subscription was a good deal and that's why I was charged for it...you don't charge someone without their consent. The woman he spoke to said the best they could do was a 25% refund, and there was no one higher up he could speak to. I filed a fraud dispute with my bank snd will go from there. I'd give 0 stars if I could. When I placed my order, it was immediately flagged by my bank as fraud. When I emailed the company to cancel the order (which the confirmation email stated I had 24 hours to do), I did not hear from them until just after that window was closed, and I was told they couldn't cancel my order because it already shipped. While I did receive the item, snd it was as described, I was just charged $40 for a subscription I was not aware I had signed up for. I had to cancel my card, and may not get that money back, but I'll see if my bank can help me. I wish I had been more careful."
