"Customer service is non existent. Stood in line that was 5 deep with none of the 3 workers behind the counter acknowledging or helping anyone for a while. To add insult to injury, the staff wasn't giving out the bathroom code and was rude about it. Terrible service."

"I was in the Sunset Boulevard area and had to kill some time. It was definitely getting chilly on a Thursday night. It was around 6:30pm. This location is right on yhe corner. I have seen so many Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf around LA. Finally tried it. I ordered a small caramel latte with almond milk, whip cream and cinnamon. It was pretty good. The staff was very fun and friendly. We sat outside. Most of the tables needed to be wiped inside and outside, but we made the best of it. It seemed understaffed. I also noticed they have seasonal drinks with pumpkin, but mostly iced. I'm not into iced coffee or iced teas."

"I visited around 1pm, it was very busy probably because of the new Supreme store across the street. Even with the long line the guy behind the counter making drinks was extremely quick. I had my drink by the time I was done paying. The employee who was at the register was also polite and efficient. It was very impressive to see them work."

"Fast and accurate service but they do not have a drive thru. This location is within walking distance of the iconic Comedy Store and the Original Carneys smack in the middle of Hollywood on Sunset Blvd."
