"I have seen a significant change with the upkeep of the store . I have been coming to this target since they opened and have seen it become a mess. The restroom smell , which is disgusting as you pass by since they are located by the entrance of the store . The outside is full of trash and is dirty. It's a shame for the city and the residents of Pico Rivera."
"Made a list of things to grab here based on the availability of items in the Target app. However, none of the items were on the shelves save for one... one out of eight. That's a very poor 12.5% inventory accuracy. I wasted too much time assembling a list on their app plus running around in-store to procure non-existing products. Not only did I end up not buying anything I originally wanted, I had no choice but to do a rush job finding substitutes. That was not fun. I could have easily avoided this chaos by shopping at a different location if their app reflected their inventory truthfully. Target Pico Rivera, please value your customers' time and don't lie to your customers either."

I enjoy their drive up feauture where I can also pick up my order without going into the store. I’m a Target fan forever."
