"This is a scary stater brothers. The lot has lots of homeless people in every corner and no security guard to be seen anywhere. The security is leading down the customers of this shopping center. There is piles of trash in homeless debris in front of the door and a homeless man changing clothes ! Not to mention the transients on the west side of the parking lot next to the store. No security guards"

"Unfortunately I think I was a victim of understaffing. That or I guess I wasn't dressed well enough. The check out lady was very short in patience. Not exactly sure , but I did notice the check out lady was very tired. I do not blame her for too much, my guess was it was just a long day. I also overheard this same lady asking another staff member if they could work overtime."

"I had went into this location approximately 2 to 3 weeks ago inquiring about a wedding cake. The lady I spoke with on this particular day was very nice and very helpful, I am assuming she was the bakery manager. I went in tonight 11/9/23 about 7PM to order my cake because the lady I spoke with back then said to give them atleast 2 weeks advance on it. So going into the store tonight with anticipation of ordering my cake tonight I was not greeted with a friendly lady AT ALL I told her I wanted to order a cake but she kept asking so your ready yes I am ready, you know what you want, yes I know what I want, so she asked me when do I need it by I told her Dec.9th her reply was w wow this is way to early i asked her ok then how much times in advance Do I need? she said 1 day, I told her well I was told atleast 2 weeks in advance basically I just wanted to ordering it early because its one less thing I needed to worry about in a ciuolenof weeks. She tells me oh I can't even take your order if you want to 3 tired cake. I needed to come back and talk to the bakery manager for my order. And I needed to come back in the morning. Sure a =use lady very snippy with me I told her oh I will be backing the morning to talk with the bakery manager. And I turned around and she said yes IN THE MORNING. I said ok and your name is... She said Charlene Well thank Charlene for taking my business elsewhere and My advice to you Charlene is maybe get a job NOT working with the public because you're a very rude and snippy lady.I much rather pay more for a cake and get treated with respect. Than trying to get a cheaper cake and be treated like I am trash.. You need to be fired with your attitude aline.. Very uncalled for.."
