"I have not been to this place in a long time and the last time I left 1 star. Let me tell you that it has greatly improved. The food was much better as well as the staff. I would recommend this place to everyone just make sure you're prepared to wait 10 to 15 minutes to be seated as this place was packed. I would blame it in the service and great food as to why this place is buzzing for the better. Good job IHOP, remembering that the satisfied customer is the key to your money and service and good food is the key to a busy restaurant!"

"This IHOP is actually better we expected. We came here a couple times when we came to our beach house and it’s always a waited but today we went about 10 am. And got seated right away. Service was great! Our server was nice and kept checking on us and we didn’t even have to ask for our ice tea,When she saw it’s getting low she brought the new one right away. My husband got a classic egg Benedict and it’s good and tasted classic. I got a classic French Toast with a side of bacon and sausages.The French toast was sooooo soft and fluffy and delicious! I love it! Breakfast vibe in the place are family.Almost every table came with kids. Next time we’re at our beach house we’ll sure come back here."

"Love this place! We prefer these pancakes for breakfast than Dennys…. IHOP is always welcoming, food is great, servers are nice and helpful. The business and bathrooms are clean."
