"I can understand why there is a Starbucks across the street from this Coffee Bean. The service here is terrible and it takes them a long time to prepare even a simple mango tea, sometimes up to 10 minutes. When you finally get your drink, it tastes like the tea or the mango syrup was left open in the fridge. Unfortunately, I can't say anything good about the food either, as it's always burnt. If you ask for a replacement, they take their time even though they were the ones who made it burnt in the first place."

"Well, not sure why mobile orders are never ready and made only when I ask for my order. Never mind waiting for one of the employees to look at me - but that happens at all coffee shops. Am I the only one experiencing this? This never happens at El Segundo, Playa Vista, Venice Blvd, Crenshaw Blvd. Not sure why mobile orders are forgotten. Good thing you drink tasted excellent. I'm not here to get people into trouble, rather trying to help improve service."

"Parking area just outside, outdoor sitting and usual food/drink options. My decaf cappuccino with oat milk was surprisingly really fluffy and tasty - usually oat milk kills the frothing - the only issue I had was that I ordered it iced, and got it hot instead AND they gave it to the wrong customer. So they had to make it again.. No big deal, if you're not in a rush, and I'm sure it was just my unlucky visit."

"Not only was the coffee exceptional, but the service was equally remarkable. The staff at Coffee Bean were friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about their craft. They were more than willing to answer my questions, recommend new blends, and even customize my drink to my exact preference. It's refreshing to see such dedication and genuine care for the customer experience."
