"I went in to get it checked for overheating and he told me I would need a new cpu cooler. He charged me $90 for a $50 part. I paid anyways but 2 days after getting it back it was over heating again. I decided to take a look myself since the cooler was new and a friend video called me to give me instructions. HE FAILED TO REMOVE THE LABEL OFF THE CPU COOLER. THE PLASTIC WAS BETWEEN THE CPU AND THE CPU COOLER. Lazy. He even screwed in a wire in between the fan gap. Find someone else if you’re dealing with a gaming system."

"Very bad work. He told us he would back up and save everything on our computer and we lost a lot of our important documents and stuff that meant a lot to us. then he tried to overcharge us. He went from 250 then dropped it down to 100. Obviously, he’s a big liar. then he will say that this is a fake review. Why would someone write a fake review? If he did a good job then we’d be five starring him."
