"I want to thank the young man name Joshua he is a GM he always helps me lift the water cases into my cart which help me so much I am handicap and I appreciate him so much. Also Tammy is such a wonderful, polite and I will wait if she has a line because she is cautious not to fill my bags so they aren't that heavy. And very helpful I consider her the best cashier at your store. Thank you"
"Truly hate shopping here. The manager is awful. Wish I knew his name. Big guy, tall and large. Picture this, it’s a Saturday morning, store is crowded. Big guy is in the express lane checking people out. All lines are fairly full. He has no one left at his register. He closes his lane instead of taking the next person in the long lines. He then proceeds to just randomly walk around in front of the store, doing NOTHING! I just watched as he walked back and forth for several minutes, yup, doing nothing. Another instance, I was getting my bags from my trunk, he was exiting the store and he passed an elderly woman who could barely walk across the cross walk. I rush to get her a cart to aid in walking, he just looked at her and La La La didn’t even give her a second thought. How do you run a store and not notice your customers needs? I’ll update this post with his name once I remember it. Customer service has gone way down hill. I only go here when I need something quick. Avoid this place and go to Aldi! And big guy, you truly are not a friendly or inviting manager. You’re truly in the wrong business. Update: the managers name is Jordon. And again, never makes contact with any customers. I worked for Frito Lay for a long time. Most important thing is to connect with your customers! He NEVER says hello to anyone! Never even acknowledges them. I truly pay attention to these things because of the line of work I’m in. He would be better off sitting behind a desk in the back. How he became manager is beyond me. Zero people skills."
"Parking is easy. Occasionally, it's hard to find someone to help you reach something from the top shelf, but if you tell the cashier, they get what you want. This store is always clean and well stocked."
"Honestly, I'm trying to find a good reason to shop at Staters... The inventory makes no sense compared to other stores (even the employees have a difficult time finding stock), the prices are the same or more than everyone, and they don't have a points system for rewards... Take it as you will. The people are fairly friendly at least"
"As I walked in the store I was immediately greeted by the sushi chefs, and they were friendly, kind and helpful. If there’s something you need, they will prepare it for you if they can while you shop. I had a great shopping experience and was happy to post this comment."
