"Today 10/19/2023 as I do about 3 to 4 times a week stop before going to work to purchase from the deli and produce. Well today was the worse day I've ever experienced in 20 years. I do believe her name is Amanda very bad language she used toward me I couldn't believe what I heard coming from her mouth was totally unprofessional in no way should that have come out of her mouth. I said to get you should've waited to you went to the back and said that."

"Do NOT order pickup at this location. They regularly miss your delivery window by greater than 30-45 minutes. What’s the point of using pickup if I can shop my items faster on my own. Absolutely ridiculous."

"They have no Check Stands open at 8. Today I went they had one checkstand open 10 people in line 15 people and self check out in line and none of the meat department had any fresh stuff under the glass seafood or regular meats that place sucks and that was at 9:30 in the morning"

"One of the best stores for food shopping and there are multiple things they have great departments fresh seafood fresh meat wonderful produce it’s one of the larger Ralphs I have been going for years I know things are different now pricewise but we’re gonna have to deal with that it is one of my favorites stores to shop Customer service is wonderful the whole team is amazing! It still can be at one stop shop they’re on top of things courteous and friendly. they have quite a large parking area no problem they’re sanitizing station for on the way in and out which is wonderful and the photos basically the food that I cook at home it’s either that or delivery which not my favorite way of receiving food and eating that but they are working hard to get it to your door when you need it. As I remember at the beginning Ralphs they did have delivery service they gave you a window and usually right on time or earlier thank you for that they are all working extremely hard every single team member we’ll go out of their way to assist you and give you information thank you for that. loyal customer"

"Place is a mess! can't find any carts the new thing is customers have to go & retrieve there own carts to go grocery shopping from the parking lot, many of the elderly how to go find the carts to shop i simply retrieved carts for them cuz they needed them. U would think someone there would notice that there are no carts anywhere.. So that's why my family & I started shopping somewhere else & barely shop at Ralphs anymore unless we have too.."
