"Honestly, when is this store going to get self checkout? It’s the only store in the area that doesn’t have this basic convenience to its customers. Please consider this as there are mostly only one or two registers open at a time here and the lines can get backed up."

"Very open, clean, friendly staff, plenty of parking space & very good price. Overheard one of the butchers come & tell the customer he didn't have that product so if he'd wait a few minutes he was going to cut up some new fresh pieces for him. Now that's going the extra mile. Btw I usually shop in the OCs but was shopping with a friend. Nice to see the same quality exists here too."

"05-08-23 I like this store, I know where everything is. I am a regular, long term customer. I am elderly and don't always understand the new technology. I have a cell phone, but don't always know how to use the features. Sometimes I forget to bring it to the store...much like I forget to bring my reusable grocery bags. Because I don't always know how to use the technology features, I am unable to take advantage of the special "points" and the digital coupons. Both of these features can save a considerable amount of money. I am elderly and on a fixed income. I've mentioned this to the management and they don't seem to have a solution. I resent that I don't get to participate in these special savings programs like the digital coupons and the free items using the "points". HELP! Please. Thank you Need a roof? "I like this place because it is always friendly and not too busy when I visit. People are nice and parking lot is clean and safe. The store is also clean with full shelve of product. I got my membership card here, my first bagel try here and they also carry good red wine selections. This is a nice neighborhood just right outside LA county with nice people around. This plaza has pretty much what you need besides groceries. I like to stop by here when I visit my family. For years, it has remained the same, it makes me feel like home even though each time, we meet different cashiers for the past 20 years, I still like the same friendliness and welcoming feeling here."

"So came to pick up a Phone order, the order is supposed to be ready at 5:58 PM I have arrive to the store on time I walked in and the order still not ready it is 6:05 PM right now and the order is not ready and I’m still waiting and they do not have any ETA as of right now. It is so frustrated that you place an order online hours before and you’re right the expected time not only I had to walk in inside the store but the order is not ready. So very disappointed. Staff appropriately please. I hate coming to this store now. Had to g"
