"I see why this location is 3 stars! I dealt with the most miserable employee EVER TAYA! You work in customer service why be so miserable.? I’m sorry your place of work has items locked up I’m sure it’s annoying to have to unlock items for customers. But you don’t have to be so rude that’s a company policy not my fault! Do better!! Rite aid maybe do some customer service training! Your employees clearly need it!!!"

"Well, she did it again!!!! The African American cashier at west hills location does not know the first thing about customs service or even basic manners!!Her attitude keeps getting worse!!! No greetings, no thank yous, absolutely zero customer service etiquette and obviously no consequence for her! I’ve complained to customer service but it’s actually gotten worse! Way to go Rite Aid managers!!"

"Rite Aid Pharmacy West Hills deserves 0 stars. I was picking up medications for a family member this evening when I encountered a pharmacy tech/clerk (I believe her name is Alice) who exhibited exceptionally rude, condescending, and unprofessional attitude. I was then asked out loud about details of my family member’s diagnosis by pharmacist when picking up medications (regular medications prescribed for reasons already indicated in the prescription). This was not the first time I was asked by pharmacist at this particular pharmacy to provide details of diagnosis in front of other customers. This is completely inappropriate and violation of right to privacy/HIPAA violation. I felt very uncomfortable and unsettled with the whole experience. I advise upper management to educate the pharmacy staff on appropriate customer service and, most importantly, on legal consequences of HIPAA violation. My family and I will certainly be taking our business elsewhere."

"I had 3 appointments for vaccines today for myself and my 2 children. I specifically made appointment at Rite Aid so that we could have the flu mist vaccine. We arrive and are told they are out of flu mist. Even with appointments we are made to wait 40 minutes. And even though we all have the same insurance they cannot process mine so only 2 out of 3 receive our vaccines. I refuse to wait any longer than we already have. Not once does the pharmacist apologize for any of these issues. Horrible customer service. This will be my first and last visit to this Rite Aid. This review only applies to the pharmacy. The employee at the ice cream counter was kind and courteous."

"The Rite-Aid at Platt Village in West Hills is my favorite pharmacy by far. Pharmacists Lena and Lucy go above and beyond to help me in a kind, professional, competent, and caring manner. The rest of the staff is terrific too. I am a completely satisfied customer and loyal for life!"
