"This is probably one of the worst places I've ever shopped at. I have never ran into this much dishonesty while shopping for a suit. I thought everything was good at first, the lady at the counter spoke better Spanish than English so I also being Latino spoke to her in Spanish and explained that I was looking for a suit tie and pocket square for my suit. She showed me a few and I came to a decision on one that was marked 85 dollars. She told me that people sometimes switch the tags but that the vest was actually 95 dollars. It clearly had not been tampered with, but she agreed to give it to me for the 85. then I needed the matching tie, which would be 40. Then before I checked out I asked for a pocket square, and she said that that one was going to be 25$ because it was shipped from somewhere different from the others. I went back and saw the rack it was in and the entire rack said 15$ for the pocket squares. she tried to tack on the extra 10$ from the vest onto the square. when I called her out on it she denied it and offered to call the owner, her niece, but she refused to speak to me. I then ended up finding something similar on Amazon for 39$ after taxes and that included the entire set and cufflinks. They were making such a big deal and lost a 140$ sale over 10$ on something they bought in bulk for 12$, I know this because I checked the brand and they ship from LA California. Needless to say, I will never shop there again. My advice for those that want to, look elsewhere first I can guarantee you will find it for less."

"Tonite my fiancé and I were feeling pretty hopeless after having a mishap with a rental that was supposed to be delivered from Men’s Warehouse that we never received. We panicked and started looking for places we could go to buy a suit same-day and as some stroke of luck we found this place. We called first to ask if she had what we were looking for, we live a ways away so it took us a bit to get to the store and we got there about 20 mins before closing. Usually people are wanting to get home and irritated that you came so close to closing. I’m not exaggerating when I say this was the best customer service we have ever experienced. She was so helpful, had such an awesome variety, everything you could need in mens formal wear in every color and pattern. We are so grateful for her help and patience. She couldn’t have been nicer. We ended up leaving the shop about 15 minutes after closing and she was still taking the time to show us how to tie the tie and how to fold the handkerchief and taking the tags off for us. AMAZING! & Affordable too! I never come to Google to leave reviews but I felt it necessary tonite. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"

"Horrible customer service. I have never felt so disrespected acquiring simple customer service in my life. The employee was the same woman I've dealt with each time I went in to inquire about buying products. I was flat out told owner is not here we are closed. The owner does not care about you business as finally I was flat out lies to and told she doesn't speak English and she is not you going to help me, I should go somewhere else. I left my phone number for the owner, who I thought was nice, however I never even received a curtosy call. An owner can blame an employee all they want, however they chose them to represent their business and the made a clear representation on how the owner feels about her business and how she treats customers."
