"Horrible service. I walked in dressed in the brand from head to toe every piece of clothing I was wearing. There was only 1 client in the store yet the service was terrible. I asked for any pieces they would have in my size xs, the reply was “whatever we have is out and we don’t have much in xs”. I spend between the boutique and outlet at BC nearly 6 figures a year, and have never seen such poor service at any of their stores, super disappointing"

"Upon arrival I was greeted by friendly members. Was mostly looking and was offered a custom tailor fitting for the pea coat with vest and cashmere shirt I was looking at that immediately caught my eye. I declined and they understood. I would definitely go back. Very friendly to the well dressed shopper. Don’t go in wearing some ran down outfit, you will probably not be approached by anyone or helped for that matter. With that being said prices are not for the wallet friendly shopper. Very high quality Italian Luxury clothing."

"Be Aware of artificially inflated prices. Went in with my daughter and got her a dress on "40 % summer sale". At home found the same dress online twice cheaper. When researched for the actual starting price, found that the store price on the label was twice as much as the real starting price. Spoke to the manager Anna, trying to get at least a store credit , but she wasn't helpful at all. Very disappointing experience."
