"I had an clogged drain at 6pm on a Friday evening. By the time I got to the hardware store, it was already closed. However, Rite Aid is still opened. As I entered the store, the associate happily greeted me. As I was walking through the aisle looking for the drain opener, another associate help me quickly locate the item. I was able to get back home to fix the issues quickly. Thank you Rite Aid!"
"I was in line watching an older woman, (well over 60 years of age), attempting to buy some wine. She was told by the associate that she needed her I.D. in order to complete the purchase. Maria was the clerk in question. I watched as the woman was quite put off at the request. Maria, instead of completing the woman’s purchase, told her she would not allow the purchase without a valid I.D. A manager was called and the I.D. request was superseded by manager approval. All this problem held up the line for quite a while. Customer service is tantamount in situations like this. The woman was CLEARLY over 21. Rite Aid needs to solve this problem. I.D. be damned when a person is clearly of age."
"A typical corporate store. Despite only having a skeleton crew, I can not complain about the service. The stock on the shelves was pretty spotty. Many empty shelves. It is almost as if the building is too big for their business. This place was nothing special, and driving there is a hot mess. You can barely see the shopping center, and it is like taking one big, never-ending u-turn to get in the parking lot. It is not a great location, and if I did not use Google maps, I would have driven right past it. A decent store. Nothing special."
"Pharmacist refused to fill my prescription, saying that they don't allow the dosing which my doctor knows that I need. Interfering with the doctor-patient relationship."
"My problem is that I tried to call the store to find out about having my prescription's moved to another pharmacy. Of course, even though you open at nine, nobody answers the phone. I tried several times and it just kept putting me back to the recorded message. My pharmacy on Homestead road has closed, and I got no notification as to exactly when they were closing. Had I known I would have gone there to get my prescriptions transferred, Since I can't get the answer to the phone because they're too busy with flling prescriptions or giving vaccinations, I have to physically find your location and drive over there to get service. I know you don't hire enough people to satisfy customer needs, but that's your problem and it's now become my problem. I am not happy."
