"Slow paced Sunday kind of fun. No complaints. Just know no matter what type of fabric/foam size you buy, roll or yard etc.. I learned you must get a measurement before you get to the register or you'll be heading to the measurements table and back to the line. Still a great craft store."

"I am so surprised that everytime I have been at the store the staff have been so rude and abnoxious. They always act like they are selling gold rather than a piece of cloth. how does Joaan manage to recruit people who are blunt, do very little to help and rude. I always go with the hope that atleast this time I will find someone nice to help me but I guess not. Yesterday Jodi was just so unfriendly, I barely touched the cloth to help her straighten it and she blared out 'i don't need help' omg like she would loose an inch of cloth or should I say gold if I helper her. I asked if they had a taylor or someone who could help me figure out how much material I needed to stitch a particular dress and she almost smerked at me as if I asked a wierd question when a customer behind me helped by saying there was a taylor right next door. Jeez I wish there was another store that carried the materials they do, I would never step into Joaans!!"
