"Safeway@Rivermark plaza is nice. Has a wide selection of dairy, fresh produce, ready to eat fruits/salads. I love their decor with fresh flowers on sale for every occasion. Safeways are great convenience store at every 2 mile of residential areas but on a pricier side. Has the north park library and a playground in adjoining plaza. It sells balloons, cakes, pastries and houses a Starbucks inside."
