"I went to the Men’s Wearhouse Stevens Creek Jan 23 2024 to get my tux altered and There were three people working two women and one blonde haired gentleman one of the women greeted me when I walked in the door. I told her that I need my tux pants altered and she saw a couple of dog hairs on my tux because I laid my tux on my bed. The tux had been in my closet for a long time. The rude dark haired woman told me that I had to dry clean my tux before they would touch it and said that my tux would contaminate their products. Basically she didn’t help me at all. I had to push her to measure my waist and look to see if the paints could be altered to fit. Worst experience ever. I ended up going right over to Sunnyvale where I got better customer service. Had to get new matching paint on Amazon."

"The customer service is great and there's great selection, but most items are a bit pricey. However the clearance section prices are great at the very least, and I could find great clothes even in larger sizes. Overall already shopped here a few times and I will probably come back again."

"This place is pretty excellent in terms of customer service. Yes, the building is a bit older and things are a bit run down, but that does not deter from the staff. Making sure you look good and you fit well. If anything, men's warehouse should fix the location to represent the experience that you get."

"Showed up today hoping to find a 3 piece suit. I have been to Men’s Warehouse in the past for my suit needs, and it has always been a good experience; the customer service has been great. That is not what you should expect at this Men’s Warehouse! There was 0 customer service. I stood around for roughly 30 minutes and tried to get the attention of the employees, but was completely ignored. I can understand if the store was crowded and filled with customers, but that was not the case, the 4 employees just chose to ignore."
