The entire process was positive--I showed up 1-2 weeks prior to my event and got my measurements taken by the owner, Tom. -1 star: The price was well above average for a typical tuxedo rental (even for Marin County!) -1 star: Tom, the owner, is rough around the edges. He does not have a "customer service" mentality and has a habit of criticizing customer's attire. Overall, if you are willing to pay extra for a high quality tuxedo and have thick skin, this place is for you. If you have a strict budget and are thin skinned/easily offended, rent your tuxedo elsewhere."
