"I’ve been debating whether or not to leave a review, but I feel it’s necessary at this point. I use to see Kim. It started with my lips. I saw she was cheaper than most in my area so I drove over an hour to her. I continued seeing her with other expensive services including a thread lift in my face and then more filler. My thread lift left me with a crooked smile for about 6 months. One side was pulled higher than the other. She wanted me to come back in to add a thread, but the procedure itself was so painful because she didn’t allow my face to fully numb first so I chose not to put myself back through it. The facial filler was quite expensive. During our talk, I expressed where my concern was. She put filler there and then started pouring it in other places too. We never talked about the eyes or the cheek bones or eyes. My eye was left with a bubble when I left and after the swelling subsided, the spot where I wanted the filler wasn’t better at all. Now, on to my lips. After my smile evened itself back out, I went back for a touch up on my lips because they were uneven. I had hoped it would fix my smile because I just didn’t like it. I chose not to go back after I’ve been left unhappy multiple times and decided to seek out a reputable medspa in Knoxville who specializes in lips. After having a consultation, it turns out the filler was placed in the wrong spots and was actually above my lips which is why I was hating my smile so much. She went over a few other things too that wasn’t right. In order for her to fix my lips, I had to pay to have the filler dissolved, which was painful and costly, and turn around and have them redone. My advice would be to steer clear unless you want to spend your money on getting it fixed. I also referred someone to her after I had my lips first done, and she also made her lips uneven. I saw it but when she went back to get it corrected, Kim said it was fine and didn’t fix it."
