"I thoroughly enjoyed our experience for the champagne and roses couples retreat. All the staff were friendly and professional. I had Cynthia and her spirit was amazing and she did a wonderful job! I can't remember the name of the lady that did my facial but she was great as well. My only gripe is that the receptionist did not speak or acknowledge our presence upon entry. This doesn't set the tone for what you're expecting to experience. I understand she was on the phone but a look/nod of acknowledgement would've sufficed. When she was finished with her phone call she did speak and she was pleasant. I will book again soon because everything after that was lovely and I can't wait to return."

"This was my first massage and must I say it was amazing.The front desk was very kind. They offer you tea and a neck warmer in the relaxation room while you get ready and to wait for your appointment which was quite refreshing. I had Cynthia as my therapist and she was very kind and walked me through the steps of it all. She was also very skilled and was able to make me completely relaxed. Long review short: this spa is 10/10 and I would definitely recommend and come here again!!"

"My best friend bought me a gift certificate for my birthday. I booked a 60min deep tissue with Cynthia and it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I’m also 7 months postpartum and she truly cared for my body, mind, and spirit. The manager was also incredibly kind. I LOVED the orange spiced tea and complimentary neck warmer. I can’t wait to go back!"

"The place is beautiful, clean and calming! Mackenzie at the front desk is great and sweet! I appreciate that she got me in last minute and was so nice and welcoming! I got a facial with Kaylen and she was amazing! My face feels awesome! She was very accommodating to me being super pregnant and made sure I was comfortable. It was a great experience for my first facial ever. For sure would go again and will recommend it to my friends. I only didn't give it 5 stars because as I was checking out, another employee came up to the desk and was asking the receptionist where things were and that she couldn't find these certain things and they are no where to be found and she seemed a bit frustrated. Which there is nothing wrong with her asking but I would have appreciated it if maybe she had waited until I was done checking out bc it took me out of the relaxed vibe. And the guests don't need to hear about the back of house stuff."
