"Absolute top notch service with Renee from beginning to end. Went in for a resizing for a family member but unfortunately wasn’t able to get it done, but no worries. Decided to get a different piece instead. Renee took the time to answer any question I had effortlessly and smoothly, and I couldn’t have been more satisfied with my experience in Kay. Most places you feel rushed and you don’t get the personal interaction with customer service but I didn’t get this at all and quite the opposite, Renee is the absolute best. "I normally go to this location for purchases and have my ring inspected. I called to inquire about a missing stone I noticed. I called the store spoke with Tanner and I was told I was over 3 months from my warranty inspection and the only warranty I have is the body of the ring and I would have to pay for the diamond. I asked Tanner what has been the inspection history, he couldn't tell me besides December 2022. I asked prior to that what dates, he said they dont have it. My point was I normally get notification on inspections and I never received one. Tanner continue to repeat himself by asking me to check my spam what email was on file and advise him I never received the email and I always check spam and there was nothing there. As I continued to ask questions about the warranty, he got mad and hung up the phone on me. I called right back and his manager Tori answered and I asked for the manager in which it was her and explained his behavior, wanted his name, store# and her name to file a complaint. She wanted defend Tanner by saying he couldn't here me and said hello, hello, hello which he lied he just hung up the phone and Tori was no better by lying for him and covering up his unprofessional behavior which I stated to her and she then said well I am going to hang up on you now. Called customer care no help at all. I would suggest to anyone reading this dont do business at all with Kay Jewelry especially Kay's in Oprymills. I suggest to the corporate office, keep allowing the unprofessional behavior from Tanner and Tori and see how much more business you lose at Opry Mills. Normally when you ask a manager for corporate office information you would think the manager will try to help, nope not Tori, she was excited to give me customer care number. What does that say about Kay's customer care and the people they hire. They don't care, take your jewelry business to companies that care about customer service."
"On 8/12 I came to Kay’s @ Opry Mills to pick up my daughters necklace. They didn’t get MY phone number and the email went to my promotions inbox, so I found out days later. I just went on the estimated pick up date (that day), BUT they closed 15 minutes early and I stood outside the gate calling with 2 workers inside not paying me any attention so eventually I just left and decided to come on my 6 month diamond inspection date (today-8/14) early enough in the day to do that and pick up the necklace since I wasted the first trip. Well, today (8/14) I walked in and told them I was coming to pick up my daughter’s necklace and they immediately knew who I was (but asked first, if I was the one who left the review and I said yes). The manager talked with me about how sorry she was and how that happened and that corporate talked to her about it (they were having their own problems thats not my business to say) but eventually they said/agreed to start staying open FULL hours, so whatever hour it’s says they close is what time they should be closing now. I was surprised that they even read or acknowledged what I had to say, much less email me AND talk with me about it in person, SUPER respectfully both ways. I’m very happy we were able to resolve the issue and they took their time (yes, working) to talk with me about the situation and the problem and apologize for it and assured me that it wouldn’t be a problem anymore. Tori, the manager, was very nice, respectful and considerate, as was the other male worker that was standing there with her, he even apologized. I can see that they actually care about their reviews and their customers. If you have a problem, just ask to talk to a manager and I assure you they will respectfully try their best to resolve any issues you have. I SWEAR I was not expecting that and it actually kind of made my day to not only be noticed, but to be so very kindly approached. Not to mention, I just absolutely love their jewelry and they have sales all the time for such beautiful, expensive jewelry. Thank You Kay Jewelers for respectfully talking with me and fixing the issue, I really appreciated that. (Not to mention, I left my car keys in the store a few months back when I dropped my bracelet off to be fixed. When I got back to the store from running around the mall, they were closed and when I called the next day, the same male was working and said “oh yes, we have your keys, we will safely hold onto them until you’re able to pick them up” I came right away and he had told me that he waited a good 10 minutes after they were completely closed to see if I had come back for them and when he didn’t see me, he said he walked the whole mall looking for me but never found me (somehow we missed each other by seconds every time (lol)) He said he even beeped the alarm to see if I was waiting by the car, when he saw I wasn’t, he locked the doors and came back inside and locked my keys safely inside of Kay’s until the next day. (Yes, I checked my car and not even a PENNY was missing) But I was so very happy, filled with joy, appreciative, and just felt so much gratitude towards him for doing what he did for me when he could have just locked them up and went straight home, at least he tried! I really hope he ended up getting a big Blessing because he DEFINITELY deserved it. Anywho, I may of judged too quickly and learned MY lesson to speak to someone first instead of just jumping to conclusions because this Kay Jewelers Outlet is a must go to and have worked very hard finding the BEST employees, even if they are still in works of doing so. At least I have the comfort of knowing they’ll do everything in their power to find the best employees until they succeed, nobody is perfect so definitely don’t be me and just judge someone, even if you are having a hard day already like I was. Just be patient and everything will work out how it is suppose to. And definitely don’t worry when it comes to this place, they have it under control and will do everything they can to make you comfortable and happy! Thank You Kay’s!"
