"I felt rushed to order even though I was the only person in there. When they asked which ingredients I wanted they either weren't paying attention or couldn't hear me over the music they were playing so I repeated myself MULTIPLE times and they STILL almost forgot my add-on. The person who made my sandwich is new and that's not a problem but he wasn't paying attention to what I was saying or the person training him, who was giving him no help and instead watching him make the sloppiest sandwich I've ever seen."

"They replaced all the great guys and girls who were working here before and now It is a bunch of teenagers who are so clueless. I had to call the manager to get the order right and the girl still had an attitude. Never coming back to this Togo's Too bad because they were really good. "Our server Quan was great, but the cashier didnt offer us a senior discount, even though I have grey hair. We are 70. She said "Too late. The other sandwich maker, a young lady, asked the cashier if we could still get the discount, and was told "No" . But the food was good. If we would have gotten the discount, we would have put it into the top jar. The bill was $70 for 5 sandwiches."
