"I am still feeling a bit violated after my visit yesterday for a quick breakfast while on a morning stroll with my husband and our mini pinscher, Lil Wayne. Look- I understand that any business here in the resort district would be foolish not to take advantage of said location (as I'm certain the property mgmt company they lease from charges a premium rate for this location as well!) Charging slightly higher prices than, say, their location in Salamanca, NY (a very small town upstate) is to be expected... but this isn't even my PROBLEM with OUR LAST VISIT to THIS RESTAURANT. There are 6 kiosks and zero cashiers. While we stood there tapping away at the oversized, superbright screen in front of us, looking for any item that might have a pricepoint either of us could justify spending for something certain to nudge us a bit closer to heart failure or least morbid obesity) I overheard several customers attempting to order at the counter, with an actual person, each of them turned away, "You can order at the kiosk!" and reassured "Don't worry! You can pay with a card OR cash!" One customer, a newly blind local gentleman my husband happened to have met recently, tried to insist, and he was repeatedly ushered toward the kiosks as if his insistence to order and pay upfront was due only to his inability to find the kiosks! We approached the man and very quickly realized that he was unable to read the menu. Of course, he wanted, and should have been allowed, to order with a person! Yet 3 employees (1 manager!) ignorantly turned him away 4 times! In the end we placed his order with him and he got the subpar food he thought he wanted, only to be disappointed by what seemed like old food, just as ours did. Hey MDonalds-- Do Better. Thanks -S"

"For being across the street from Disneyland, I was surprised how fast the food was. I used the mobile app to order my food and by the time I arrived, my food was ready. Our family was on vacation and didn’t want to pay $15 for the single serving of hotel Mac’N’Cheese and risk our children not eating it after a day of car travel. Prices didn’t seem to be inflated even though some reviews state otherwise. Overall our experience was great. Took the food back to the hotel and rested for our day at Disneyland."

"This is a great spot to feed kids while walking to/from Disney. My opinion, but this food was better than similar Disney offerings, but at a fraction of the cost. Order on the app and you don't have to struggle at the kiosk. Seemed there were a lot of people struggling with those."

"Self service pretty much on everything, this place will show your order as if it'd given to you so it seems on their end that they are fast. If you ask for anything, the staff acts as though you've inconvenienced them. Customer service sucks at this location."
