"I was ecstatic when I heard about this amazing Japanese restaurant in East SJ. I used to have to drive cross town to get a decent Japanese food, which I regularly crave for. And Miyuki did not disappoint me. Best Japanese food in San Jose IMO!!! Fish always fresh and I can tell it was expertly sliced by a sushi master! Not just a paper thin fish like most places! And the service is really great as well (Thanks Jason & Andrew!) I became a regular instantly and really hope they will do well and keep their standard high. Chef Steve is amazing. I always enjoy his creations. And he also has a pleasant personality too which makes it even better!"
