Starbucks

"It said they closed at 6:30 pm and I was there at 6:21 and the guys behind the counter laughed at me when I tried to open the door. I pointed at my door watch to indicate it was too early and they shook their heads at me. Had to drive 10 mins to another Starbucks."

"Today I bought a cup of Nitro cold brew, firstly this drink has absolutely no traces of being shaken, there is no foam on the surface at all, I don't know if there is too much ice or some other reason, it tastes like coffee-flavored water. Worst of all, as I was about to finish it, as the coffee color gradually lightened, I found a lot of impurities at the bottom of the cup. And there's a big piece of debris that I don't know what it is! I'm completely devastated, it's not just bad-tasting, the whole cup of coffee is also unsanitary, and I basically finished it before discovering this issue. This is really terrible..."

"CHECK YOUR ORDER...that they got the details correct. We've been nice to the people at this 'bucks and I was bummed that, this time, I received a hot drink w/no whipped cream when I ordered a Frappuccino (w/whipped cream). (I know these are stupid, 1st-world problems, but, w/a close friend in the hospital, it was just a day where whipped cream would have made the morning a lot better. Have a good day."

"For about 3 years now this has been one of my very favorite Starbucks, There used to be a a real great manager, Ana, who had worked here for several years, and was like one of my very best friends, The staff here now are always very professional. It gets a little busy because they have the professional buildings here and the Essex Towers Apartments, it's a great Starbucks, I recommend it to anybody who likes Starbucks,"
