"I wanted something small so I got an order of cheese sticks and a bottle of plain water. That ran me almost $12. While waiting for the cheese sticks, I thought maybe I'd get some ranch to dip them in too. Ranch is listed on the menu at 50c. But it's actually about $2. I pointed out that it's 50c on the menu and .... it's $2. The whole concept that if they put 50c on the menu it probably ought to be 50c just about fried their brains. I didn't get the ranch, I just stopped talking about it and the gal working there just stood there while I walked back to sit down at my table, and I guess eventually re-booted and wandered off to ... do things. Atmosphere: There was a family in there with a kid who was coughing like TB is the hot new thing. As soon as I got my order I was outta there. Food: The cheese sticks are on a par with anything you'd buy out of the freezer case in a supermarket and put in the toaster oven. Mediocre. I'd really like to come back and give them another try but the chicken is really expensive so that's probably not going to happen."
"No one picked up the phone while we were trying to placed an order. Going into a store and running into long lines of orders, server will not inform you approximate wait time. Pricing is on the higher end, 8 wings will cost you 18 dollar. You cannot do a combination of two flavors either. Flavor is very salty, sauce is overly done and super condensed. Price and food is not great compared to competitors around the neighborhood, will not recommend it. Can definitely checkout other stores like Vons and Bonchon to see how wings are done. Also, Dave's hot chicken can outright win the competition, and it is right across the street."
"Flavors are good but pricing is a bit rough. Also when ordering online my order never got updated to be ready to pick up so when I got there it was quite cold and had lost a lot of its crunch. Overall would try again but would order in person or just check in a bit early if ordering ahead."
"I ordered a golden whole chicken half (8 pieces). The outside of the chicken was crispy and juicy, with a mildly spicy flavor. The portion size was good. However, I found it a bit oily and greasy. I hope they can maintain the quality. I will definitely come back again"
"Decent spot for chicken and amazing fries. The cook for the fries balanced out the quality of the chicken. I have been to the bb.q Chicken at Apple Park and this location is on par with it. Food: I ordered the "Chak Chak Whole Chicken." Seasoning is flavorful, but the batter was a bit loose compared to the chicken at the Apple Park location. I also ordered a "Chak Chak Boneless", but found a bone. I did not find one in one of my other orders though, so it could have been a one time thing. The "French Fry", did not disappoint though! It was crispy, light, and not too oily. Overall, could be a miss on the chicken this time, but I would definitely get the fries again. Tips: Order online to save time and either pick up to eat there or get it to-go. Using their website doesn't have extra fees. Water is not self-service at this site, you'll need to ask staff at the front for it."
