"The problem with this location is the speed of the employees. There were 9 employees working yet still a crowd of 15+ waiting for drinks. They need to be more efficient since people at an airport expect a beverage quickly so they can make their flight. I waited 12 minutes for a Chai Tea Latte. Drink was good but there is no one even left in line as I’m leaving and still 15 other people waiting."
"I do not recommend this Starbucks. My husband and I ordered a simple “steamer” which is basically steamed milk with Carmel and vanilla. We got cold milk with whip cream. It seems like their staff needs better training on how to be a barista."
"If I could give out 0 star for this starbucks store, I would do it. They made wrong order and the drink did not mix well together for the second time. When I said I just had 5 minutes to board the plane , please make it fast for me ,they realized they made the wrong order .They were super RUDE to me and they made fun of my drink each other and laughed in front of me. They also made wrong order for the other passengers behind me.I will never ever come back again. I would recommend customers NOT spend your money at this store because you will receive horrible customer service."
