"African or ethiopian guy at the window really rude attitude. Straight up lied to me about extra pecans, I went into the lobby to ask for some and they gave them to me when he said they were all out at the window."

"The owners think staffing a place with 2 employees works. It doesn't. Also, I had to order from a kiosk. i dont do that. Great staff though. They are really trying."

"Food from here is usually good and worth it with sales or decent promotions. However, other reviews about inconsistency, mistakes, and completely unpredictable hours are correct. I understand staffing has been difficult for the past few years, but maybe that just means you need to make working here more appealing and practical for people. Anyway, did you seriously serve me sons of baconator when I clearly ordered the full sized baconators?"

"I haven't gone to Wendy's in a long time. I don't live near one. But I had to be in the area and saw Wendy's. So I figured I'd give them a try. I was very pleased with the whole experience. It's really clean there too! When I'm nearby I'll be back!"

"In a hurry so I went through the drive-thru, order two chicken wraps and a large chili, clerk only gave me one chicken wrap and a small chili and then he didn't give me a receipt. When you get up to the microphone to order it partially blocks the side of the menu, conveniently hiding the lower-priced items. After waiting in line for a very long time and getting the order totally mixed up and wrong I decided out of sheer curiosity, to go inside, only to find a filthy filthy filthy interior. The floors were dirty, the tables were dirty, the bathrooms were horrific, this place is run down, broken and has so much deferred maintenance. What an awful experience, never coming back to this location and with highly recommend nobody else does either... Be careful here. Check out these pictures..."
