"They ( stocky Hispanic dude and a skinnier one) refused to check my battery in the evening due to “ safety concerns”. More like lazy concerns. Instead of having it escalate, I bit my my tongue, told them to do their job and went to another location. Fire them and hire people who WANT to work."

In the competitive world of business this kind of poor customer service doesn't work..at least for me it doesn't."

"I go here all to time for my maintenance needs and other car goodies and have always had a great experience! John the manager is super helpful and friendly and no pressure man that makes me feel welcomed when I need help. Great return policy, they even have some parts for rent , I sometimes buy car wash/ car polish equipment. They have a lot of things you might need if you’re a DIY mechanic and if they don’t have it, they can probably order it or at least point you in the right direction."

"I found what I wanted after walking up and down the aisles. I usually don't need help. But it would be nice if someone would have been available should I have needed it. There appeared to only be one person working, the cashier. No one else appeared to be there, though I am sure she was not there by herself. I did appreciate the self-checkout kiosk, because she was tied up with the same customer the entire time I was in the store."
