"We got the karaage chicken and tonkotsu ramen. The chicken was crispy and moist on the inside, with a side of japanese mayo. The broth in the tonkotsu was flavorful with perfect noodles. Nick is the best server ever!"

"In the quest for Vegan/Vegetarian Ramen, we discovered another intriguing Ramen spot. This is a newly opened location in San Jose West. We ordered Miso Ramen and Stir Fry Ramen. The Miso Ramen is standard but perfectly hits the right notes. The Stir Fry Ramen is a novel type that we tried, loaded with cabbage, stir-fried veggies, and a delicious veggie broth. Personally, I enjoy cabbage and stir-fried dishes, so I loved this variation. Our server provided spice options like chili oil, Nanami Togarashi, and house-made chili paste, each increasing in spiciness. All of them were excellent at their respective spice levels. Overall, we had an awesome bowl of Ramen for dinner. Other intriguing options available include curry ramen and chilled hiyashi ramen. Regarding the ambience and seating, it's ordinary, and they have limited seating outside."

"Great service - speedy and nice. Gyoza was just Ok - definitely tasted hand made but didn't have that fried, crispy aspect I want from a good gyoza. Tonkatsu ramen I got was also just Ok - noodles were fine, but the broth didn't have much complexity to it and the chashu was cold and underwhelming. Just a decent bowl of noodles at a decent price."

"Came at 6:30pm on a Saturday and didn't have to wait more than 15 minutes for a table of 4. The katsu curry ramen I ordered was extremely unique. Big portions with a flavorful broth. They have a unique seafood broth with clams that was quite unique. Reasonably priced for the portion size. The inside of the restaurant is not fancy but the food and price more than makes up for it."
