"We came here during dinner time and waited about 10 minutes for a table. We went for the AYCE shabu with the Angus beef meat only. Service: 10/10 The server who served us was very accommodating. We had originally chosen miso broth and seaweed broth but we realize the seaweed broth was just hot water and 2 small pieces of seaweed, so we asked the server to change that broth to Tonkatsu broth and she switched it immediately. We also asked for chili oil with extra peanut sauce and she also brought it out quickly. I also notice that as soon as we were done with oir meat, another plate would come quickly, which shows how attentive the workers were. Shabu: 10/10 We love the two broth! If I had to choose which one I like more, I would say the Miso broth would be my favorite! The angus beef was brought to us with a thin sliced cut. The meat quality was very juicy and you can tell it's fresh since you see them slice it in the middle of the restaurant. Putting the veggie bowl in the broth with the meat made the broth super rich in flavor. Overall, I would come back again when I'm craving hot pot. This is a great spot for casual dining."
"Very good, solid choice for Japanese shabu shabu. Ordered the large American Kobe beef, because portions are too small otherwise. Tip: don’t get the “lean” Kobe, as it is drier tasting. You need the fat, which boils off a lot anyway, to get the good flavor. Got the spicy miso broth. Tip: sit at the tables, not the counter, if you want to control the pot temperature yourself. Recommend and have been back many times."
"A nice cozy hot pot place ! The style is combo and you choose a meat, soup based, and rice or noodle. The service is pretty good!"
"Had a split pot with two soup bases. The pork one was made out of some artificial tonkatsu flavor packet and the spicy miso one was flavored with gochujang. Definitely not a big fan of either. Tried three kinds of meats - The black pork, American Kobe beef and Lamb were all very tender but they were also shaved paper thin. The only reason we could leave feeling full was because of the big bowl of raman they include in the package meal."
"Good set up, good size, clean looking shabu restaurant with good service. First time here, so didn't get the all-u-can-eat which seemed a better deal. Got the beef and pork, believe to be aged. Beef was reasonable, a bit above average. The pork was a bit on the dry side. The vegetables plate was very small. Liked the pork soup base. Unfortunately, somewhat low CP!"
