Einstein Bros. Bagels

"Went here with my son. He had the cream cheese potato bagel and he doesn't like it. Bagel was an old stuck. I had my spinach & chicken bagel and it was average."

"A little bum I did ask for my bagels, extra toasted and they weren’t really toasted at all. Which is so gross to me because then they soggy. Pretty busy,only one of the coffees wasn’t available ."

"Came here on a whim one morning before having to travel for a job, the early opening time was a great convenience. But upon entering an employee made a.. snide joke? Asking why I was there, why I was so early. His tone was terrible and made me feel stupid. Don't come to this location, at least mcdonalds has a drive through."

"The service is horrible. The shift leads (in black shirts) are rude and ghetto. It’s an older Mexican man and woman. The lady has glasses. Both of them are extremely rude and disrespectful. Their machine wouldn’t scan a coupon on the app for my birthday. The guy wouldn’t honor it. I used to work at Einstein’s. It’s very easy to put it in the system. He’s just rude and lazy. The lady is worse. I put in an order for a sandwich with egg whites. She asked me if I was sure I wanted egg whites about three times, maybe more. I said yes every single time. She still put my order in for regular eggs and charged me extra. I had to go back to the front and have them re-make my order. She did it entirely on purpose because they have to make the egg whites. They need to prioritize customer service skills when hiring management because I’m getting my breakfast sandwich’s from Panera bread and you guys are losing money. I used to come here 3 to 4 times a week and now I go to Panera. You guys are sacrificing hundreds of dollars to employ these horribly rude adults."

"I do like Einstein Bros. Bagels. This location is not my regular store. There is a difference. The employees appear to hate their jobs. It's reflected in how they interacted with me and other customers. The product is excellent, but I won't be visiting this store in the future."
