"If you are African American DO NOT GO HERE!!!! You will end up in jail!!! . We were kicked out for open tap of 100$ BY SECURITY, they said we weren’t “drinking” and we had to leave.. he was also black and strong and big and disrespected 2 black females and put his hands on black women !!! The security guard that looks strong and cocky drinking red on the job is demon! Be aware"

"So, i looked for Gauchos on line it came up with hours of business. I made reservations and got a confirmation. We arrived for reservations on time. We were met with some guy who was speaking thru a small opeing in the door. I explained i had reservations for dinner. We waited and this guy comes back and says they no longer serve dinner and dont make reservations. Shady shady shady is all i have to say. I venture to say what ever they are doing its probably being done poorly. Very disappointed"

"The food here is delicious! And the service was great. our waiter was knowledgeable and kind. You can have a nice date night here or group dinner but after 9pm it turns into more of a night club"

"It was the best experience with the Manager Luis and the great server Edward. The salad bar was the best from others, the meats were tasty compared to fogo de chao. It’s delicious and friendly place."

"What do you usually expect from Friday night dinner? The experience, right? The Place,Service and food This place is huge with high ceilings and perfect for dance club or alike..but the restaurant. It was quite cold all the time. The service. I can only say- they're trying,but... What could be more easier and profitable,than to keep customer's wine glass full, right? Unfortunately we had to wait to ask and wait to get . Brazilian steakhouse assumes they constantly serve meat. Their $69 per person menu has about a dozen different varieties,we were served just a half. When we asked our server about the rest,he very politely assured that we'll get it momentarily and disappeared. Our green/red cart vanished too and we didn't see any meat serving for 40 min until we assumed the"show"is over and time to go. When it came to payment,Alex (the manager) asked us about experience which we openly shared with. He tried to compensate it slashing 2/3 of the bill,which we didn't want,but he insisted. Thanks for that! However. This place either badly suffering financially ( I guess they simply ran out of meat in the middle of the evening),they try to save on electricity bill not turning on heater when outside is low 40 degrees OR it's just bad management. Whatever that is,it's a shame in such a big area with such a demand for a good dining place to waste such an opportunity."
