"This store first tells me I can't get an exchange even though their email explicitly states I can. Then I call them and they said - ok ok you can exchange it. Then I mail the original shirt back and they literally just canceled my order after telling me I could get an exchange. I then had to email them myself to figure out what happened. Only after I emailed them did I get an explanation. Now the shirt I wanted is out of stock and if I want to buy another color the price is marked up from the original price I would've spent. So, Horrible store, horrible communication."

"Change your google and online store hours, I came by Tuesday the 26th at 6:05 and y'all were locked up tight. Also I contacted your customer support and they couldn't tell me if I could return online items in-store, which is not a reflection of this store per say but is odd nonetheless."

"The store is awesome! The people are great! One star for each ✨. The clothing doesn't hold up for the price point. Uniqlo jeans and shorts for example hold up 5x as long as the clothing I have bought here. The rivets on the jeans started falling off after a few months of light wear. The seams on lightweight shorts started coming undone in that same time period with a similar light frequency of use. That being said, I am still enjoying the t-shirts that I bought from them. I just wouldn't expect consistent quality with respect to clothing longevity (near the time of this review at least)."

"Tldr: Super helpful staff, lovely clothing and pretty reasonably priced for the quality! This was one of the most pleasant retail experiences I've had in recent times! I found a jacket I really wanted but they didn't have my size when I went up to the counter Adam, the man working there at the time, immediately offered to call their other locations to see if they had it in stock! Once he found one he helped me order it and now it's on its way."

"This is a unique men's clothing store in a nice area of town. This would be a great place to find a gift for the man in your life. The associate mentioned they have a larger store in Berkeley and a couple others in California. Each store has a different theme and is styled and decorated differently. The sales associate was very friendly and welcoming. Adam was also extremely knowledgeable about the brand and products they carry. After visiting this store, I look forward to visiting their Berkeley location!"
