"Wow! Wow! Two shrimp dishes that we shared (Pepper Shrimp, Burma Shrimp), fried rice, samosas, and hot tea for lunch. So good! Huge shrimp, great service, excellent food, and pleasant atmosphere. Everything we had was a la carte, there was no rice included. That was disappointing, but we ordered the pineapple fried rice as a side which fit in nicely. This was a treat lunch ($100+ for two), but we left satisfied. Great job, Burma!"
"Good food, good portions. One drawback was that the vegan options were extremely limited. I liked the rich flavor of the eggplant curry. It was absolutely a taste blast."
"Loved the cocktails, special Burmese Python. It a lovely punch of spice and alcohol. Also tried the Mule which was fresh and delicious. The Tea Leaf salad was regular like any other Burmese place. We also tried the Beef Kebat. Nice taste with lots of tomato and onions, thought it would be dry but still it was good. Overall a nice place to have Burmese food"
"What find in Walnut Creek. We had the Lettuce Wrap w/ Shrimp. It was good. The one thign i noticed was the amount of shrimp - not that much especially chopped up. We ordered the Moh Hin Gha (soup) and Garlic Shrimp & Eggplant. Both dishes were very good - although the Moh Hin Gha was amazing ... the flavors and the noodles at the bottom - sodamn good. The only thing with service is halfway through our garlic shrimp & eggplant we still did not get our soup. Somehow there was a miscommunication somewhere between the wait staff and kitchen. Not a big issue if the plave was packed which it was not. So if you are missing something ask the wait staff if it is on its way. Definitely coming back to try other dishes!"
"My friend and I had dinner at Burma 2 last evening. The Vegan Samosas were a tasty blend of a flavorful potato filling, crispy wrap and just the right spicy sauce to dip. The tea leaf salad was spicy (but not hot) crunchy and amazing. We enjoyed the perfectly flavored curry lamb over the most delicious coconut rice I ever had. The Burmese Semolina Cake attracted us and sure enough it was fabulous."
