"Horrible service! We waited for 5 minutes at the receptionist and then a lady came was Very Rough to me and my husband then we followed her she asked to sit and she cleaned the table which was wet and we asked her to clean again . Then we started ordering the server who was taking our order was not interested in taking our order and when we were asking him questions he was not answering and was like as if we are here to eat for free. We got our wings which was cold we asked them why is it cold he said my Manager was making it I will call her , She came with no smile and didn’t even greet us , My husband told her it’s cold and she was so rude to my husband and said this is how we cook. We knew that she gave us the old ones. I will not recommend anyone to come here. Worst staff ever"
"First time to this Bdubs. We went on a Saturday night. It was fairly busy. We ended up finding two seats at the bar. We ordered through the QR code. Thought this might be helpful as it was a packed bar. We got the burger, chips and chili con queso, boneless wings and traditional wings. I didn’t get pics of the food because things starting going off the rails when the food came out. The traditional buffalo wings were cold. You could tell by looking at them that they were. The queso was also cold. We sent both back asking for them to be remade. Queso came back great. Wings not great. We then realized our burger wasn’t made properly. We decided to just give up on that. Asked to have it taken off the bill. Fast forward- takes us awhile to get the check. Wanted to pay via the QR code but our bill had been completely messed up. Finally able to flag down someone to grab our check. Give them the head’s up about the mistakes. We get our check- all the mistakes still on there. Have to flag them down Again and explain ourselves again to have the check corrected. Not a great experience. Absolutely avoidable. There was plenty of staff working. Albeit not a lot of hustling from the entire staff. I wouldn’t call this a customer obsessed staff either. The manager was not at all concerned with connecting with any customers. As someone who had been in the Service and Sales industry for over 20 years I would simply say “Do Better” Incredibly frustrating experience. This really isn’t a hard fix. As long as you have the right management in place they will drive customer engagement and accountability."
"Walked in and did not get helped for about 10 minutes. Once we did get helped we basically had to keep waving down the bartender to get absolutely any type of service. During our time there a glass was broken by a staff member, but no one cleaned the glass up until about 30 minutes later. So shards of glass were on the floor, and a large piece was left on the bar top for awhile. Once our food came out it was okay, but they forgot our fries and carrots. We couldn't even ask where they were as our bartender was not serving us at all. Once we finally received the check they did take the fries off as we did not receive them. Overall, the service was non existent until a shift change happened and a kind female bartender started really helping us and was beyond kind. Wish she was our server from the start."

"Today, I broke my fast. I hate this specific location because they messed up 8 out of 9 wing orders I've had here for pick up. I was tricked by Uber Eats today because their name was set as "Wild Burger" for burgers. I'm allergic to fish and now I feel sick. They must have cooked fish first before this so the burger completely taste like fish. I hate this location so much. Stay away. If you’re desperate and doing pick up, do not leave without checking your order. Read all the Yelp reviews. It’s common for them to mess up orders."
