"Did an online order where I asked for my sandwiches to be toasted. It was clearly written on the receipt. In the order, the sandwiches were not toasted. I was not happy with this and asked for the sandwiches to be redone. Not only did the store employee refuse, he even tried to claim that subway charges money for toasting and that I did not pay the proper amount despite the receipt saying that I paid in full. When asking to speak with a manager, he told me that the manager was not in and refused to give me any number I can contact. Horrible service and employee. Please fire him. Here is the receipt and video for proof."
"Went to use coupons that were sent to me in the mail. They refused the coupons. Furthermore, the sandwhiches were stale and the staff were stingy with toppings."
"Food was great and my order was correct. I gave 4 stars because they don't honor subway coupons, next week I'll find a subway that'll honor subway coupons, that I regularly receive in the mail. With that being said,I'll never visit this location again, unless none of the other locations near me won't honor subway coupons either."
"I order here all the time. Since it is across the street from campus, I can grab a quick bite to eat during my break in between classes. Employees are nice at this location. The other subways I've been to employees had really bad attitudes. I always get the sweet chicken teriyaki or the roasted chicken breast."
