"For being my first time coming to this place I can say honestly what's the worst experience I live an hour and 15 minutes away from Englewood to Roseda from Roseda to Long Beach Back to Roseda I called for this part yesterday I didn't make it in time yesterday so I came this morning I get the part I drive to Long Beach South Long Beach it was not the correct I called them and let them these guys couldn't even get someone to meet me anywhere these guys still have the audacity to ask me for additional $10 for the part that I had asked since yesterday all I had on me was$6 instead of them taking it out of their pocket after making me go and come they want to give me attitude and not even apologized for their own mistake worst experience ever so just a little advice make sure before you leave you have your correct part I'm a girl I don't know about this stuff so of course I left this place in confidence trusting them that they would do the right thing but thay dident I am so up set I didn't even get a apology I've been out running around since 8:00 this morning just taking care of this"

They can get it from the main warehouse in a couple of hours or you can pay for it at the store and have them put it on will call in San Fernando and pick it up yourself to save time... "I came to the store on Labor Day to purchase some ignition coils for my car. I was told that they were closing at 1pm that day because of Labor Day. I tried installing the parts on my car and it actually made my car worst. I compared the original parts in my car with the parts I bought from Pete's and found that I was given the wrong part. I called the store at 12:20pm to see if I can exchange it and no one was answering the phone. It seems that they left for day even though I was told they would be closing at 1pm. The following day, I went to the store to return the parts and informed them that they have sold me the wrong part. I showed them a print out of the correct part number that I found on the internet and they said, that's not the part number that showed on their system. They informed me that they had it at their other store and they can have it in the store within an hour and half. However, the parts would cost me an additional $23 per item which was roughly $74 more that what I originally paid. I asked if they can give me a discount for my inconvenience but they said I was already getting a good deal. It wasn't really a good deal because I found other auto parts stores selling it for $8 less. The staff here doesn't know anything about providing good customer service or else they would have compensated me for my inconvenience. I had to make 3 visits to the store to get the correct part in which I was given the incorrect part by their salesperson in the first place. They did not see it as their fault. I would definitely not return to this auto parts store."
