"If you weren’t looking for it, you can’t tell it’s vegan. And thats a pretty high bar. Tried the following: chocolate orange croissant (yum!) pistachio croissant (too much almond mixed with the pistachio filling - no from me) Ham cheese croissants (the cheese part was great but ham was absent) Jalapeño Mozzarella roll (apart from the olive overload, this was great) Oat milk hot chocolate (best I’ve ever had) Decor is cute and ambience is chill imo. Parking available on street and underground parking structure."

Food Quality: The food at Chaumont is alright, but it didn't leave a lasting impression that would make me crave a return visit. 2. Variety of Pastries: One of the highlights of the café is its collection of Danish pastries and bread. They offer a wide range of options to cater to various tastes and dietary preferences, including a commendable selection of vegan pastries. 3. Coffee Quality: The coffee quality falls in the middle range; it's decent but not exceptional. 4. Service Issues: Unfortunately, the service was the most disappointing aspect of my visit. The food was brought to our table one by one, causing our party of six to have an awkward dining experience, as not everyone could eat together. 5. Almond Cupcake: On a positive note, the almond cupcake stood out as one of the best pastries I tried at Chaumont. In conclusion, Chaumont Bakery & Cafe offers a good variety of pastries and bread, including options for different dietary preferences like vegan pastries. However, the food quality and coffee are just average, and the service leaves much to be desired. While there are some highlights, it's not a place that I would enthusiastically recommend for a return visit."
