"Santa Monica is the most inhospitable city I have ever visited. There are NO outlets in the coffee shops. The employees explained that it is because of the unhoused population. I think Starbucks thought this was an understandable concept for its customers but it’s actually pretty gross. This was the second location I visited in the area while here. The employees here are amazing and accommodating. I wish Starbucks had the same ethics as their employees."
