"WORST Starbucks in So Cal run by an Extremely Rude, Extremely Nasty to Starbucks customers and Beyond Falsely Self Entitled So Called "Manager" named CECILIA. If there's a Worst Starbucks Manager Award, Cecilia is definitely winning First Place! A very crazy woman with a very crazy hair dye too!!! Cecilia thinks she own this Starbucks and has the absolute right to insult, abuse and harass Starbucks customers since she is untouchable and Starbucks can't do much about nothing to her. She will get away with it, not reprimanded or even written up. Please do not go into this DeSoto & Knapp Starbucks and save yourself the self embarrassment and the trouble. If you drive thru, just wish Cecilia ain't serving you or get mistreated like trash by this Crazy Cecilia. Sadly, we have many like Crazy Cecilia now in Southern California. Those deluded and living in their own bubble folks that think they are better than the others. Too much false entitlement and no respect no decency no manners whatsoever. Won't be surprised if she abused other customers and even her Starbucks coworkers. Cecilia is a BAD Bully and suck at management!! Crazy Red Haired and Extra Self Entitlement "Cecilia" poorly judges Starbucks customers when she walks around with her fake hair color and excessive seen tattoos and not even wearing appropriate Starbucks uniform. Double standard hypocrite, she's that Cecilia!! Who does Cecilia think she is!? Oh wait we forgot Cecilia owns Starbucks huh!"

"They are really rude and short with me. Everyone kept walking by the register while i was waiting to order a drink. They didnt great me. They definitely pick and choose who they are nice to it looks like"

"Monday through Friday good Is customer service.. I arrive early 455 And they take my order and attend me. But I can't say the same for Saturday is horrible. They won't answer the mic till 5am exact.... so I pull up to the window and they told me they can't take my order till then. ... and that I have to go back around to the mic... by that time iam gonna run late already for work and no coffee......"

"I ordered a small latte in the drive through and my cup wasnt even full. It was half way and it was a small. A small costs $5.25! Its insane paying almost $6 for a coffee when they wont at least give you your moneys worth! There is way better starbucks locations that give you what you pay for and have better attitude."
