The Habit Burger Grill

"It's a Habit Burger. The food and service are about the same as any other Habit. This location is closer to us, but I prefer the one in Serramonte Center. This location is smaller, doesn't have outdoor seating, and hasn't got as much parking available. You also have to ask for a code for the restroom, which isn't a huge deal, but it isn't as convenient and doesn't always jive with my social anxiety."

"Been at the Millbrae store a few times. The kiosks are worthless if you want customization especially if you want lettuce wrapped protein style. The staff is sometimes hard to understand their English and they got my order wrong on every visit. They have good onion rings."

"The only reason I went was to help out the fundraising event from MEF. However I'm disappointed that it required so many loops to jump through such as you must order from the clerk and that you must show the flyer. Anyways I won't deduct points because of that. The place is not small but it doesn't have many tables so if you have a big party or at inopportune time then you won't find suitable tables there. They also ran out of water from the fountain while we were there. The burgers are dry and tasteless so no idea why it became as big as they are as a chain. The impossible patty has always been dry which is accentuated by so much lettuce. The Charred Double is no better. Honestly I'd highly recommend you go get In-n-out instead. The fries are so-so as well. The only high light is the lemonade and limeade so there is that. Overall, it's a failure in my books."
