"Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy, Gregory, the repairman showed up timely. He diagnosed the problem with our LG washer that was leaking, had to make a quick trip back to the warehouse for parts, and returned about a half an hour later. Finished the washer repair, Looked at our dryer and replaced a couple of parts and cleaned it. He knew what he was doing and accomplished everything quickly. Both washer and dryer are working fine now. My only negative comment is the pricing of the spare parts used seemed high, compared to what I found on the Internet."

They respond very quickly and the team knows what they are doing - they work together to problem solve and find required parts. Mostly recently they fixed my 20 year old Thermador range that came with our house and we really did not want to have to replace. The problem ended up being very complicated, and the team came back repeatedly to figure it out and replace a large number of parts. Each time, they were communicative and courteous. They didn’t even add on extra hours of labor charges, which frankly I think were warranted given the complexity of this project. In short, I really cannot recommend them enough.
