Be aware, it's a "no laptop" place. Parking is a bit constrained with the Taraval street car track renovation underway (Feb '24)."

"I came here with my friend on a monday around 1:00pm and the place wasn't busy. The service was great, the owners are very friendly and you can tell they care about the place and their costumers. You can order through a tablet or with the cashier. The place has a few tables, and a couch area to sit and enjoy the food. My friend and I liked our empanadas a lot. My favorite one was the spicy beef empanada and my friends was the chicken empanada. The empanadas where juicy, flavorful and fresh. We will definitely come back to try the churros:)"

"Wow I was not expecting this to be so dang tasty! I stumbled across Chalos as I was super early for my interview.i figured maybe get a coffee and possibly an empanada. Oh boy was I taken back. The staff here is super friendly and recommended that I get the latte. Then I sprung for the spicy empanada. The vibe here is nice lots of seating but not over crowded. I sat at the big table so I could go over my notes. But instead I started to write this review. The latte came out nice and hot with amazing taste. Then a few minutes later the empanada arrived. Very crispy but a soft crisp the filling was delicious very flavorful.Well if I get the job in the area I will be a regular!"
