"I ordered two hot coffee’s to go, as I am getting into the car the cup separates from the lid and hot coffee spill onto me and my car. This is when I realize the cup had been squished into a too small lid. Meaning when you tilted the cup the lid would pop off and the hot drink goes everywhere. Now as I go to move the other cup out of the way same thing happens. Hot coffee on me and my poor car. The barista bent the lip of the cup into this too small lid and so the same accident happens. A team member offered us another coffee and a bunch of napkins in apology. This goes to management, order the right containers for your products, especially hot drink cups. I burned my hands and had rivers of coffee inside my car. If you don’t have the right cups/lids don’t sell hot drinks, simple."

"There was a long line for ordering. Thank goodness it went pretty fast. We orders 2 Americano coffees and a slice of Tiramisu. The Tiramisu is not bad except it doesn't have code flavor in it."

"I really like this bakery and was very dissatisfied with this last visit. We were there friday and there was very little selection of bread and to top it off it's only been a day and what little we bought is bad? We opened one that day, but the other one was sealed and complete. We've bought bread there before and had it for at least 2 days and it's been good. Disappointed. I was about to give some to my 2 year old"

"Unique baked goods. Great flavors, light and flaky crust. Clean store. Very friendly customer service. Inventory is constantly refreshed. Worth your time. To keep things fresh, variety diminishes later in the day."

"I love this restaurant chain. I normally go for their coffee that I love, but my friend said they have good Thai tea. That was yummy just like everything else. Great patsies too! I will visit again!"
