"Total hole in the wall on the east side of Simi and completely worth the visit. It’s probably best described as a hodgepodge of different Asian style dishes and the price is right on their rice bowls. I got their crispy salmon bowl this time but I haven’t had a bowl I didn’t like. Usually pretty fast and the people there are very sweet. Not pictured are the fish cake appetizer. So delicious and recommend you get them spicy!"

"Love this cafe. Adorable owners who have run it forever, the food is amazing and served quick, and i love all the milk teas I've tried so far. Perfect place for a date, or to hang out!! They've also got board games."

"118 Cafe is always great to go to. They still have the best taro smoothie around. the service is always great and the have even helped us come up with our own creations for drinks. The food is super yummy as well and its all very nicely priced. I used to go here before any other boba/Tea shops were around my area, and now i still go here to avoid the no effort chain stores."

"My friends and I have been eating here for years. Isa, the owner is very friendly and if you become a regular, she's so good about knowing what you want or making suggestions. She is more than happy to make adjustments if possible to dishes. Her soy sauce Eggs are my favorites and if I don't get a combo I always order one a lá carte. The shop itself is a cozy place with neat things to buy from local sellers. I wish she was open later like she used to be, but I completely understand why she isn't. We try to come by every week to support her business."
